Winnererremy Bay Clean Up

A massive thank you to all crew members who came and cleaned up Winnererremy Bay today. As always, we love meeting you and seeing that so many people care about our local environment and wildlife makes us really happy. This was a fairly clean spot which is something we should celebrate. A short run down on numbers today: 76 crew, a total of 4968 pieces of rubbish picked up in an hour. 980 cigarette butts, 112 straws and cutlery, 273 toys, 163 plastic lids, 162 plastic bags, 876 food wraps, 102 non food wraps, 107 plastic bottles, 322 hard plastic bits, 349 pieces of Styrofoam, 402 pieces of broken glass, 60 glass bottles, 42 aluminium cans, 113 metal lids, 196 pieces of balloons, 536 glitter stars and much more. All of these items are now gone from nature thanks to you. We can't thank you enough! ​
