A huge thank you to everyone who came along today to the Long Reef cleanup. We couldn't do this without you, so we're forever grateful to each and everyone who comes along to the clean-up events. The beach was pretty clean which is a good thing. Lots of confetti, cigarette butts and general plastic. We couldn't do a sort and count today due to the wind, but nature thanked us by having a stingray showing up close to the boat ramp, some pelicans, and if you walked up to the headland afterwards there were a few whales and dolphins too. Our next clean-up will be posted shortly and we expect that one to be a big one, so we need as many of you as possible to come and help out.
