No more council clean ups on the Northern beaches

From the 1 July 2019 council clean ups will be history. Northern Beaches Council is introducing a pre-booked clean up service where all residents can order two pre booked services each year when it is most convenient to them. Multi-unit dwellings have the choice of either: Booking two collection services each year for all residents or allowing unit occupiers to book individual collection services. Thoughts?
