We just want to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who came along and helped make Curl Curl a bit cleaner today. More than 13,233 pieces of rubbish were picked up, sorted and counted. Love all the kind people coming together to do a good deed for the planet and making new friends at the same time. The oldest item we found today was a margarine tub with the best-before date of January 1988. Plastic never goes away, it just breaks into smaller and smaller pieces. Let's make this planet a better place by reducing our single-use plastic footprint and inspiring our friends to do the same. Our clean-ups are always the last Sunday of every month at 10 a.m.
